Traditional


Boot Camp Fitness is a high intensity results oriented conditioning program that runs Monday through Friday. Each section is three weeks in duration. The program is conducted in an indoor and outdoor environment utilizing the world’s greatest training modalities.

The group workouts are at 5:30am and 6:00am. The 5:30am class last 30 minutes. There is a five minute warm-up followed by a focus workout of the day. The class concludes with a five minute cooldown period.

The 6:00am class has a more extensive warm-up phase. The warm-up phase is followed by a focus workout of the day and a ten minute cooldown period.

Each focus session trains the entire body head to toe with bodyweight movements, monostructural cardiovascular activity, dumbbells resistance, medicine balls and agility tools uitlizing CrossFit technology.

See our schedule page for more details on class times and locations. The morning classes are currently closed to new enrollments. If you wish to be placed on the wait list for a particular class please fax your enrollment form to the office with your request.
