The path back to your inner athlete begins in two different places.  You begin with the Boot Camp Group Training or with private sessions. 

During these sessions you will be exposed to a variety of exercise movements at light to moderate intensity levels.  We are training movements not muscles.  We are primarily looking for competency with these primal movement patterns.  We do this without motors or automation. 

We will also begin discussing your relationship with food.  This is a make it or break it area for many.  If you fail to recognize the role that food plays in your health and fitness profile you won't keep up. You can't out exercise bad nutrition.  Embrace it and combine it with our methods and you will reach new levels of physical and mental performance.

Each training session will have a different objective and the time exposure will also be different. These movements will challenge you but the format is non competitive unless you choose to make it that way.  You can stay with these offerings or once you have developed a certain level of competency you can petition to move to the advanced CrossFit group or Max Effort Black box template.

The advanced group will pick up where your Boot Camp training left off.  The big difference here will be in the intensity level.  Each workout will have a quantifiable result. These are competitive events.  You will be training with more focus and more intensity.  The movements pool will expand and the loads will be higher.

Boot Camp Fitness

Our class structure is based upon simple yet effective fundamental movement patterns executed at high intensity. These workouts deliver time-tested measurable health and fitness improvements. This technology delivers the most effective broad-based fitness results in the most efficient manner possible.

Will it be hard?
Yes, but not impossible.
Can I keep up? Yes. Everyone else here started out just like you.

Or worse yet, you’ve cooked up a million excuses as to why you can’t work out. Your back is stiff, you’re too busy, and you’re too old—Come on now, are we that pathetic?

Our classes deliver GUARANTEED RESULTS. After one month, your transformation will be initiated. By month number two, your friends will want to know your secret.  The range in fitness of our participants vary.  You do not need to be in shape to begin the program.

Private Training

No matter what your objective, our coaches offer the best combination of academic training and coaching credentials around.  Our coaches will work with you to determine the most efficient path to physical excellence.

You may also choose to work with one or two other training companions in a one to two or one to three arrangement.

Advanced Boot Camp / CrossFit Group Training

If you are looking for full on Crossfit style training this is for you! This class builds upon the fitness skills and techniques learned during the Boot Camp group training. Students will have participated in a minimum of three sections of Boot Camp and will have demonstrated the necessary levels of athletic fitness required for these training sessions. Athletes who wish to advance directly to these group workouts will have to submit a written request and may be required to demonstrate certain athletic fitness skills prior to participation. The staff of Boot Camp Fitness reserves the right to disqualify any applicant. Advanced group athletes pay an additional five dollars per month for web based tracking program that allows for the coach and athlete to monitor progress.

Sport Boot Camps / Volleyball Conditioning Boot Camps

Off-season and preseason conditioning for youth and high school athletes.  All training and conditioning is age appropriate and progressive in nature.

-Improved speed and jumping performance

-Better tournament performance
-Reduction in body fat and increases in lean body mass
 
Each training session focuses on developing the total athlete.  Skills, drills and conditioning components work to improve body awareness, balance and the attributes necessary for successful volleyball participation.
 
A daily session includes:
 
-Dynamic range-of-motion (DROM) and movement preparation
-Pillar Strength (Core)
-Prehabilitation
-Agility
-Total body strength conditioning
-Sport movement conditioning
-Joint specific flexibility

Boot Camp Fitness en∙core is the perfect fast paced, upbeat, conditioning program for the female athlete. This total body workout is a blend of strength, cardiovascular and deep tissue stretch. The class begins with flowing movement preparation. Next, kick it into high gear as we take a page from our exclusive Boot Camp format. This part of the workout will include up to 30 different strength conditioning stations designed to optimize muscle stamina and cardiovascular endurance. The class concludes with an intensive mix of dynamic YOGA postures building a lean athletic profile. This class meets on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00 am to 10:15 am, you will feel so great when you leave your body will ask for more, en∙core!
